Finding Value In Others And Ourselves with Dr. Christine Cooper-Ep 46

In today’s environment, we can be quick to judge others based on their beliefs and/or values.  We don’t always have to agree with them, nor have them agree with us.  If we could find value in them; however, it can make a relationship worth working on.  That person could be a family member, stranger, co-worker or even yourself. We are all valuable in our own way, so let’s focus on value rather than gossip.
